Our work takes us everywhere — and we’re looking for a Staging Site Coordinator who’s ready to go everywhere with us. ⭐ Why This Role Matters As a Staging Site Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our onsite operation — the trusted link between our construction teams, production, logistics, central services, crew, and clients. You’ll be the eyes and ears on the ground, the go to problem solver, cool, calm and collected and the person who ensures crews, trucks, equipment, and schedules flow with precision. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting the Staging Construction Manager with day to day site operations Keeping crews moving: coordinating scaffolders, steel hands, crane teams & forklift ops Liaising with production, promoters, H ealth & Safety, and central services across multiple time zones Organising travel logistics between venues, airports, and hotels Completing equipment condition reports and ensuring repairs/replacements are actioned fast Helping coordinate trucking and crane logistics so sites run smoothly Being the welfare point of contact for all ES Global staging crew Approving crew timesheets & invoices Problem solving in real time — always staying one step ahead Maintaining high onsite standards, punctuality, professionalism & conduct ️ Health & Safety Coordination You’ll take an active role in creating a safe site by: Working closely with H&S teams on permit-to-lift, briefings, sign-offs & incident reports Ensuring crew follo w guidance, evacuation plans & site rules Spotting risks before they become problems Being alert to crew wellbeing — both physical and mental Leading by example when it comes to PPE, behaviour and professionalism What You’ll Bring Experience as a Site Coordinator in events, staging or construction Strong organisational skills — you love structure even when the environment is busy Confidence reading schedules, programs and construction drawings Quick thinking, fast decision making and calmness under pressure A collaborative, proactive personality with a drive to “get things done” Ability to travel globally and work in outdoor/indoor conditions IT confidence (Outlook, Excel, project documentation) What It’s Like Working With Us Every day is different — new crews, new countries, new challenges You’ll work with world class staging and construction professionals You’ll be involved in some of the biggest shows and events happening anywhere You’ll be relied upon, respected, and seen as essential to the success of the build You’ll need resilience and a strong ethical compass How We Work We expect all team members to: Lead by example — professionalism always Uphold our safety standards and champion safe behaviour on site Be accountable, punctual, respectful and solutions focused Remain calm under pressure Work positively with diverse teams and cultures Protect confidentiality and follow all client NDAs Follow our zero tolerance policy on drugs, alcohol, misuse of equipment or unsafe behaviour Ready to Join Us?
