Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3, KS4, tailored to small groups and individual needs. Differentiate teaching to support students with social, emotional, and special educational needs (SEN). Create a safe, nurturing classroom that promotes confidence, curiosity, and positive behaviour. Use creative and practical approaches to make Science meaningful and enjoyable. Assess, mark, and provide regular feedback to track and improve student progress.
