Job Summary: Business Support Specialists provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure efficient daily operations, customer service excellence, and smooth execution of business processes.
Responsibilities
* Manage calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
* Handle front-line communications: emails, calls, inquiries, and ticketing.
* Support onboarding, training logistics, and compliance documentation.
* Maintain and organize files, records, and knowledge bases; ensure data accuracy.
* Process routine transactions (invoicing, payments, purchase orders) and assist with budgeting accuracy.
* Coordinate facilities, equipment, and IT access as needed.
* Produce routine reports, metrics, and performance dashboards.
* Assist with project support tasks, including creating presentations and meeting materials.
* Support process improvement initiatives and standard operating procedures.
