Executive Assistant
4 days in the office and flexibility when exec travels | £60,000–£70,000 DOE + bonus + full benefits
We're partnering with a highly regarded investment firm to appoint a capable and proactive Executive Assistant to support a CIO and two direct reports.
This is a true right-hand role within a fast-paced environment, where you will support individuals with significant demands on their time. You will play a key role in keeping priorities aligned, managing ever-changing schedules, and ensuring the team is fully prepared day to day.

The role will involve:
* Providing high-level Executive Assistant support to a CIO and two direct reports
* Managing complex and constantly changing diaries across multiple time zones
* Coordinating international travel and detailed itineraries
* Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
* Preparing meeting materials, agendas and briefing documents
* Handling ad hoc requests and ensuring a smooth day-to-day flow
* Supporting with wider team coordination where required
