About the Role
Reporting to: Head of Major Events.
Fuse is looking for an experienced Event Professional with both ticket and major event management experience, who is an excellent leader and thrives within a fast‑paced agency environment. You will report to the Head of Major Events and will be the main day‑to‑day point of contact with one key client (Enterprise Rent‑a‑Car). Your primary responsibilities include managing the communications, request and approval process, and delivery of the client’s tickets across their respective match days in the UEFA competitions. You will also be accountable for the successful pre‑event planning, implementation and on‑site delivery of the Enterprise guest programmes at the UEFA Finals from 2026 onwards.
Additional responsibilities include communication with global clients, supervising 3 direct reports, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ticketing guest management systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
Season Ticketing
* Managing a team of Account Managers and Account Executives.
* Overseeing the management and distribution of ticketing assets across projects.
* Overseeing the management and execution of global communications to be distributed to markets for each client, with final review and approval of all communications.
* Serving as a point of escalation for the team to the client as required.
* Managing and leading all financial reconciliation across both clients.
UEFA Finals Guest Programmes
* Planning and on‑site delivery of guest programmes for guests at the UEFA Europa League and UEFA Conference League Finals.
* Acting as a senior contact and interface between client(s), client agencies, venue stakeholders, and the appointed destination management company (DMC).
* Collaborating with all project workstream leads and the Fuse Event team to ensure smooth delivery of the overall guest experience.
* Supporting the team throughout the project and ensuring that all agreed deadlines, submissions and artwork approvals are met.
* Creating and managing key project documents, including project plan, security plan, stadium operations plan, event schedule, hour‑by‑hour onsite documents, and budget.
* Full ownership of the guest programme budget with regular client reporting and oversight of supplier payments.
* Working closely with Market Communications & Finance teams to track accurate billing of packages and additional costs to markets.
* Planning and attending venue visits and client meetings as necessary.
* Preparing client presentations and other documentation.
* Compiling staff briefing documents and event manuals.
* Coordinating onsite staff logistics requirements (accommodation, flights, per diems, etc.).
* On‑site presence for approximately 11 days to oversee delivery of the guest programme(s).
* Providing onsite support and guidance to the team throughout all stages of the programme(s).
* Managing onsite client meet‑ups and daily client meetings.
* Escalating issues for Fuse team, client(s), client agencies, and H&S teams.
* Post‑event client reporting to inform future programmes.
* Contributing to the review of internal processes and making recommendations for improved ways of working for future Finals.
* Owning budget reconciliation (cost & income).
Desired Skills & Experience
* Experience in major sporting events, specifically in managing partnerships, ticketing, hospitality and guest programmes.
* Project/Account management experience across a range of sport brands.
* Experience with online ticketing portals and guest management systems.
* Strong or advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
* Comfortable managing financial processes with strong numeracy and analytical skills.
* Strong reporting capabilities.
* Experience managing mid to senior‑level clients and internal stakeholders.
* Experience working with international clients.
* People‑management experience and ability to motivate and manage project teams.
Working Conditions & Requirements
• The role requires flexibility in working location, primarily based in London with occasional UK travel and on‑site presence at events, including potential weekend work.
• This is a full‑time position. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
