You'll be joining a well‑established local authority based in Clydebank, supporting a busy property maintenance team responsible for the upkeep of housing stock and public buildings across West Dunbartonshire. As a Maintenance Plumber, you'll carry out a range of planned and reactive plumbing works across domestic and commercial properties. You'll work as part of a multi‑trade team, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.General plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installations
Fault‑finding and diagnosing issues within plumbing systems
Hot and cold water system maintenance
Bathroom and kitchen plumbing repairs
Providing excellent customer service to tenants and building users
Time‑served plumber with relevant SVQ/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Experience in maintenance or social housing environments
Full UK driving licence
Competitive hourly rate paid weekly
