Salary: £34,398 – £46,839 (dependent on experience)

The Role
As a Maths Teacher, you will be responsible for helping students across Key Stages 3 and 4 build confidence, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of mathematics. You will deliver engaging lessons that make Maths not only accessible but also enjoyable and relevant to all learners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Teach Maths across KS3 and KS4, focusing on driving student progress and achievement.
* Differentiate lessons to accommodate diverse learning needs, ensuring all students have the opportunity to succeed.
* Foster a positive, respectful classroom environment that encourages engagement and curiosity.
* Provide constructive feedback to support student development and improvement.
* Plan lessons effectively to prepare students for GCSE success.
* Contribute to the development of the curriculum and share best practices with colleagues.
* Track student progress, communicate with parents, and work closely with senior staff.
* Participate in school life, including extracurricular activities, clubs, and community initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (preferred).
* Strong subject knowledge in mathematics and a passion for teaching.

* Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
