A new vacancy has arisen for a lawyer with at least 3 years’ PQE to support the financial markets business focusing on capital markets and derivatives. The key is that you are flexible and adaptable to support the ever-evolving needs of the business.
With good academics and solid training at a reputable law firm or in-house, you will be seeking a new challenge where you can build and expand your experience in an advisory role. A strong grounding in prime brokerage, securities lending, and derivatives, along with a good understanding of relevant complex regulatory matters, is essential. You should be keen to work closely with the business from day one.
You will be a team player with commercial acumen and a down-to-earth approach. This role is suitable for an ambitious lawyer looking for a challenging in-house role within a growing business.
