This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading North-East based organisation as a Application Support Lead. You'll lead a small technical team responsible for delivering high-quality application support across a diverse portfolio of business-critical systems.
In this role, you will:
Manage, coach and develop a team of application support analysts
Oversee day-to-day service delivery, incident management and workload planning
Collaborate with technical teams and application owners to drive service improvements
Contribute to technical roadmaps, continuous improvement and strategic planning
What we're looking for:
Strong leadership ability and people-management skills
A background in application support within a complex IT environment
Confidence working with technologies such as Microsoft 365, Citrix, authentication services and server/client applications
Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
