Adult Clinical Assessor (PIP / WCA) – Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Paramedics and Pharmacists
Full‑time positions available.
Salary
* PIP – £45,000 starting salary with £1,000 increases after 6 and 12 months (dependent on performance) and an excellent bonus scheme.
* WCA – £48,000 starting salary with an £1,000 increase at 12 months (dependent on performance) and an excellent bonus scheme.
Working Hours & Schedule
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Full‑time positions available after the full‑time training period. No weekends, bank holidays or long shifts.

Role Overview
* Conduct assessments to evaluate claimants' health and/or work capabilities via phone and face‑to‑face assessments.
* Review evidence, analysing medical evidence, health questionnaires and daily living activities.
* Compile detailed reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
Example Tasks
* Interview claimants to understand their health conditions and daily challenges.
* Review medical records and write comprehensive reports.
* Provide recommendations based on thorough assessments.
Training Program
Successful candidates will complete a 12‑week comprehensive training program covering:
* Assessment techniques – best practices for accurate evaluations.
* DWP guidelines – requirements and guidelines of the Department for Work and Pensions.
* Report writing – skills for detailed and objective reporting.

Requirements
* Experience – minimum of 1 year of post‑registration recent experience in a relevant adult setting.
* Registration – must have at least 1 year of active registration with the NMC or HCPC.
* Skills – strong communication, effective assessment skills, proficient typing/report‑writing, and excellent IT skills.
