SYR are working with a fantastic brand in the superyacht industry who are looking to appoint a Sales Manager
Operating in the world of yacht coatings and paint, this exciting brand has enjoyed solid growth however finds itself at a stage where the owner wishes to work more on the operational aspect of the business and employ a commercial professional to generate new leads and business.
Reporting to the business owner, the role will come with the following duties:
* Representation of the business at shows and events globally
* Building targets for business developments and accurately tracking progress towards successful onboarding
* Identification of new business opportunities
* Collecting customer information in order to generate quotations
* data collection and input into the company CRM to accurately track new business and progress towards successful close
* Be an ambassador for the business at all times
* Drive and generate leads through direct and indirect social media content
The role will suit an individual with experience and an existing network within the luxury yachting space, ideally at new build or refit level. With a black book of contacts you'll be able to target your network to generate meaningful leads to chase down and convert
On offer is an autonomous role with extensive travel that will allow you to grow in line with your success, both in terms of financial gains but also through developing a sales team around you as sales continue to grow
This will be considered as a remote role however the ability to travel easily and without visa requirement in Europe is essential!
