About The Company
Working for a leading engineering company supplying in to the automotive and motorsport sectors.
The Role
As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a key role in the smooth running of the operations, ensuring that components, materials, and equipment are received, stored, and distributed efficiently to support their engineering and production teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Receiving, checking, and booking in deliveries.
* Picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
* Maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring stock is stored safely and logically.
* Supporting build teams by preparing and distributing parts.
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.
* Assisting with periodic stock counts and audits.
* Working closely with operations and engineering teams to support project delivery timelines.
About You
We're looking for someone proactive, organised, and reliable who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Previous warehouse, stores, or logistics experience.
* Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills.
* Ability to use stock management systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Forklift licence (counterbalance or reach) desirable but not essential.
* Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a collaborative team.
