As a Learning & Development Directoron the People teamin our London office, you’ll play a vital role in shaping how our people grow, lead, and thrive. You’ll drive global learning and development strategies that help individuals unlock their potential, support leadership at all levels, and strengthen Taboola’s performance-first culture. Your work will impact every part of the employee experience — from onboarding to career acceleration.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
1. 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, including 4+ years in a strategic or leadership capacity
2. Experience creating and scaling global L&D programs across multiple regions
3. The ability to translate business needs into high-impact learning strategies
4. Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing leadership decisions
5. Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication skills

6. Experience leading change initiatives in a fast-paced tech or digital company
7. Exposure to DEI-focused learning and leadership enablement programs
