In collaboration with Warner Media, Linen Mill Studios operates the world's only licensed Game of Thrones Studio Tour at their Banbridge studios, where a significant portion of the series was filmed. We are seeking passionate, energetic, and dynamic individuals to join our Visitor Experience Team and provide world-class customer service.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Guide guests, including boarding shuttle buses, explaining the relevance of sets, costumes, and artifacts.
2. Ensure an exceptional guest experience.
3. Assist with retail activities such as cashier duties, stock replenishment, and visitor inquiries.
4. Support the Food & Beverage team in operating the lobby café, The Mess Hall Restaurant, and at corporate events.
Essential Criteria:
* Recent experience in a customer service role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Understanding of guest needs from diverse backgrounds with varying Game of Thrones knowledge.
* Confidence in public speaking.
* IT proficiency.
* Strong commitment, reliability, and flexibility.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment.
* Innovative and creative mindset.
What We Offer:
