With offices across Yorkshire and a progressive, tech-enabled approach to legal service delivery, this is an exciting opportunity to work on high-quality property matters in a modern and flexible working environment. This role offers excellent support, clear development prospects, and access to a diverse client base, with the chance to help shape the future of the firm's property offering. The Role You'll manage a broad and stimulating caseload of commercial property work, including: Freehold/leasehold acquisitions and disposals (shops, offices, industrial units, land) Negotiating commercial leases and associated documentation Landlord and tenant matters Corporate support and development-related transactions Optional experience in property finance, overage provisions, and option agreements Exposure to residential development sites and financing would be advantageous About You Qualified solicitor with 3–6 years PQE in commercial property (PQE band flexible) Can run files independently but enjoy collaborative teamwork Strong client communication and negotiation skills Confident working in a largely paperless, tech-forward environment Proactive in networking and business development activity Package & Benefits £50,000–£70,000 depending on experience Hybrid working (minimum 3 days in office per week) 35-hour working week Flexitime with ability to earn up to 4 additional leave days per year Death in service benefit and medical cash plan Buy/sell annual leave options Staff discount on legal services Location : Yorkshire (Multiple office locations with hybrid working supported) For more information, contact Lee at Hawthorne-Finch Talent Solutions: lee.hawthorne-finch@h-fts.com or 0333 996 2882
