What you’ll do
You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
* You will be responsible for influencing our employee journey from the very beginning, working closely with our whole People & Culture team to deliver spectacular training and development, to ensure our employees and guests receive nothing but the best experience.
* You will be working closely with our work‑experience and apprenticeship programmes, and supporting the development of each and every one of our employees.
* You’ll also support the Director of People & Culture with all HR Generalist administration duties and will create and deliver presentations.
