Van/Ground Maintenance Driver - Temp to Perm - Weybridge (KT13)

The Best Connection Staines is currently recruiting for a Van Driver/Ground Maintenance Operative to join our client's team on a prestigious and well-known private estate in Weybridge - KT13.
This is an ongoing temp-to-perm opportunity, offering stability, full training, and a great working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Escorting HGVs to and from construction and maintenance areas on the estate
* Collecting and delivering maintenance tools and materials across the site
* Supporting the Grounds Team with general estate upkeep: mowing, hedge trimming, and tree maintenance
* Clear and professional communication using radio systems
* Working collaboratively with team members and assisting across various tasks as required
* Understanding that this is not solely a driving role - active participation in ground maintenance is essential
Requirements:
* Valid Cat B Driving Licence (maximum 6 minor points)
* Must be 21 or over (for insurance purposes)
* Previous ground maintenance experience is preferred, but not essential - full training will be provided
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
