About the Role: As an Assistant Finance Transaction Manager, you will be an integral part of our Finance Operations team, reporting to the Transactional Finance Manager and working alongside experienced Finance Officers and a Finance Trainee. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Support the Finance Team with various financial functions, including internal accounting and purchase order systems. Management of accounts payable and receivable, bank and cash book reconciliations. Contribute to management accounts and balance sheet reporting, month end routines and reconciliations. Support with system updates and process improvements during our system upgrade project. Candidate Requirements: Fully qualified AAT or part-qualified ACCA / CIMA / ACA. Strong finance knowledge and a solid understanding of accounting principles. Proven ability to take ownership of delegated tasks, demonstrating responsibility and meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Excellent administrative skills and outstanding time-management abilities. Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, to diverse audiences including non-finance stakeholders.
