Sales Operations Administrator
Full-time | Office-based | Nottinghamshire
We're looking for a Sales Operations Administrator to join a growing UK business supplying major retailers with trade and DIY products.
This is a hands-on administration and customer service role supporting B2B customers in a busy, fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing
* Processing customer orders and managing the sales administration process
* Handling customer queries, delivery issues and general communications
* Supporting branch managers and senior contacts at retail customers
* Working on an ERP system (currently Sage, moving to Microsoft Business Central)
* Providing general administrative support to the sales operations team
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in an administration or customer service role
* Comfortable speaking to customers by phone and email
* Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
* Good attention to detail
* Reliable, consistent and proactive approach
* Experience with Sage or Microsoft Business Central is a bonus, not essential
Working pattern
1. Office-based, 5 days per week
2. Monday-Thursday: 8am-5pm
3. Friday: early finish around 4pm<...
