Contracts Manager required for a small East Sussex based main contractor…
This is a great opportunity for a Contracts Manager or somebody looking to step up into the roles of a Contracts Manager. Since the business was founded roughly 15 years ago it has grown from strength to strength and has a solid reputation and client base. Projects include both refurbishment and new build, and are across a range of sectors including retail, residential, heritage, hospitality and small commercial schemes. Projects range from £250k - £3M. The company employs a dedicated team of Site Managers and Tradesmen to ensure successful delivery of projects.
The successful Contracts Manager will work closely with the Directors of the company, who are open, communicative, friendly and supportive. It is a key role within the Senior Leadership Team, and you will be supported by a high performing commercial team.
Contracts Manager Duties:

Reviewing and overseeing construction contracts.
*
Management of multiple projects, allocating resources effectively.
*
Programming.
*
Working closely with QS inputting into tenders, sub contractor selection, cost reporting, variations etc
*
Working closely with Buyer to ensure timely delivery of materials.
*
Ensure company H&S policies are adhered to across all projects.
*
Client liaison as required.
