Morson Talent are working with a leading F1 team to recruit a numerous Composite Laminator to join their team and contribute to the success of our client.
Hours/Shift: Days / Nights / Weekend Days
Rate: Between £30 - £40 UMB (with PAYE options available)
As a Composite Laminator, you will play a critical role in the production of advanced composite components for motorsport/aerospace applications.
Prepare composite materials and moulds for lamination.
Hand lay-up of pre-preg composite materials.
Proven experience as a Composite Laminator within the motorsport, aerospace, or related industries.
Familiarity with composite materials and processes.
Proficiency in composite layup techniques and autoclave processes.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality, defect-free components.
