The successful
candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK
About the role, what will I be doing?
·Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival, using guest name if known and recognizing any regular guests
·When possible, open the front door for guests entering or leaving the restaurant
·When immediate seating is limited, record guest names and number of people in party
·Locate guest parties when tables become available
·Accommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possible
·Seat guests based on guest preference, guest count in server stations and proper seating of room
·Have full understanding and comply with all Bottle service procedures
·Upon seating, offer guests a menu and inform them of their server’s name. Inspect table for proper
·Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
