The role will involve working both in collaboration with the team to deliver a high-quality and efficient service and working independently to maintain and develop strong relationships with your own network of clients and candidates.

Responsibilities:
* Consulting with clients to provide advice, market knowledge and the portfolio of Absolute Recruit’s service offering’s
* Create and maintain a pipeline of roles to source through relationship management of existing clients and proactive BD calls
* Candidate generation – Proactively sourcing relevant, high-calibre candidates including advert writing headhunting, re-generation, marketing, social media, utilisation of your own and the company network
* Conducting telephone and face-to-face screening interviews to qualify candidates to produce a credible shortlist to present to client’s
* Checking of all necessary compliance documentation
* Maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment life cycle via regular contact to monitor progress.
