Job Description
3. Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of growth, strategy and M&A
4. Producing business plans, information memorandums and business valuations
5. Carrying out detailed research to identify potential strategic buyers and acquisition targets alike
6. Preparing detailed financial models
7. Helping to market businesses for sale and helping corporate acquirers make strategic acquisitions
8. Helping clients secure growth / development capital
9. Leading transactions
The Successful Applicant
10. Be a qualified accountant
11. Have 1-3 years of corporate finance experience
12. Be driven to deliver excellent client service
13. Have a track record in delivering to tight client deadlines
14. Enjoy networking with business owners and other professionals
15. Have excellent communication skills and be confident speaking to clients face to face, over the telephone and by email
16. Have excellent IT skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
