Head of Marketing – The Role:
As the Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's marketing strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a team of skilled marketers and collaborate closely with various departments to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Head of Marketing – Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
- Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging digital, social media, email, SEO, SEM, and other channels
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive positioning opportunities
- Effectively manage the marketing budget, allocating resources strategically to maximise ROI and achieve business goals
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders to amplify brand presence and reach
- Oversee the creation of engaging content and marketing materials that resonate with target audiences and reinforce brand identity
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimise campaign performance and drive continuous improvement
- Mentor, inspire, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and innovation
Head of Marketing – You:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with 3 years in a managerial role
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies, preferably within the e-commerce or retail sector
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of building, managing, and developing high-performing teams
