Job Title: Performance Creative Strategist

The Opportunity
* Join a high-growth team shaping the creative strategy for a category-leading wellness and longevity brand.
* Translate real-time performance data into compelling creative campaigns across social, SEM, and lead generation.
* Work hands-on with content, UGC creators, and internal teams to test, iterate, and scale ideas rapidly.
* Be part of building a creative system and playbook from scratch, with direct access to the founder and scientific team.
Responsibilities
* Develop campaign narratives and messaging frameworks across multiple audience segments and price tiers.
* Write hooks, scripts, and ad copy across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube formats.
* Brief and manage freelance creatives and UGC talent for performance-led campaigns.
* Analyse creative performance metrics and optimise campaigns based on insights.
Your Profile
* Proven experience in creative strategy for paid social or performance marketing.
* Strong copywriting and concept development skills across short- and long-form formats.
* Comfortable using data to inform creative decisions and prioritise testing.
* Experience managing creators and freelancers, with a portfolio demonstrating scalable campaigns.
