What you'll be doing
* Engage stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into clear system documentation for enhancements and implementations
* Manage user access provisioning and governance across core systems, ensuring compliance with security and access control frameworks
* Monitor system performance and provide first-line support, coordinating timely escalation and resolution of technical issues
* Generate and analyse reports using Epic tools (e.g. Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer) to support operational insights and population health initiatives
* Perform data validation and quality checks for clinical datasets, including disease registries and health metrics
* Support system rollout and enhancement projects, including coordination of user training and adoption efforts
* Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality meets operational requirements
* Coordinate system maintenance activities and communicate updates clearly to stakeholders
* Maintain accurate documentation, track requests, and support ongoing analytics and project initiatives
What we're looking for
* Bachelor Degree in Information Technology/ Statistics or related studies
* 1 – 3 years of experience in healthcare systems, health informatics, or IT/data support roles
* Understanding of healthcare workflows and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems (e.g. Epic or equivalent)
* Experience in system support, user access management, or application coordination is advantageous
* Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
* Clear communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Comfortable working with data, reporting tools, and structured documentation
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
