Responsibilities:
1. Meet and greet customers, qualify their needs, and demonstrate vehicles accordingly.
2. Follow a sales process while providing excellent customer service and building long-term rapport with customers.
3. Maintain a friendly yet professional approach with first-class people skills.
Candidate Profile:
* Proactive, driven, and highly motivated to succeed.
* Demonstrate success in current role with respect to sales KPIs (unit volume, F&I, CSI ratings, etc.).
Minimum Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years experience in a Car Sales Executive role within the motor industry.
* Proven success in your career.
* Ability to follow a structured sales process and build rapport with customers.
* Determined to succeed and driven to improve performance daily.
* Valid UK driving licence.
