Overview
NHS Western Isles is looking for a motivated and experienced Recruitment and HR Systems Team Leader to join our dedicated workforce team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping how we recruit, analyse, and deliver workforce systems across our organisation.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the Recruitment and HR Systems team, ensuring efficient delivery of workforce information and reporting.
* Manage a safe and effective recruitment process for NHS Western Isles.
* Provide expert guidance on workforce data, analytics, and compliance with NHS standards.
* Collaborate with managers and staff across NHS Western Isles to ensure HR processes are effective, user‑friendly, and future‑focused.
