CareTech Community Services established in 1993 provides support for people with complex and challenging behaviours associated with autism, learning disabilities, mental health illness and neurological conditions. Residential Support Worker
As a Residential Support Worker you will support young people (ages 8–18) with their daily routines; getting them ready for school, preparing for meal times, and planning activities. You will help create a warm, homely environment by light housekeeping, build strong, meaningful relationships, provide emotional support, plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, movie nights, or creative projects, and keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.
Responsibilities

Requirements
