Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement global real estate management strategies
Align property initiatives with corporate objectives
Identify optimisation opportunities and cost-efficiency initiatives
Oversee property acquisitions, leasing, and dispositions
Negotiate complex contracts and lease agreements
Monitor property performance
Operations & Compliance
Ensure maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance
Lead sustainability initiatives and environmental metrics
Lead multicultural teams of facilities managers
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
10+ years in real estate/facilities management with 5+ years in leadership
