You’ll be trusted to build deeper relationships, unlock new spend areas, and drive real value for your customers – and for yourself.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Own and grow a portfolio of established corporate accounts – you’ll inherit live clients with real spend and real potential.
* Drive growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell solution-led opportunities across security, cloud, data, AI, software and services.
* Build relationships that last – you’ll be a trusted advisor, not just a supplier.
* Manage a healthy pipeline of £1–1.5m GP, with full visibility and support to grow it further.
* Collaborate with pre-sales, overlay, and vendor teams to deliver tailored, high-value solutions.
* Spot new opportunities – if you see a gap in the market or a new logo worth chasing, go for it.
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years in IT sales – ideally with a VAR, MSP, or vendor.
* A proven track record of growing existing accounts and hitting (or smashing) targets.
* Someone who’s commercially sharp, confident in front of clients, and knows how to close.
* A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-reward environment.
* Comfortable using CRM tools and sales analytics to stay on top of your game.
