The Pensions Administration Manager role is an exciting opportunity within WTW’s Outsourcing Business. You will be responsible for the pension administration service delivery for a multi-client team in the Redhill Office, working with various lines of business to ensure high-quality member experience and operational excellence. The majority of colleagues work in a hybrid style with remote, in-person and in-office interactions depending on team, role and client needs.
Responsibilities
* This is a new role focused on providing enhanced and empathetic delivery. From a member experience perspective, you will be the go-to colleague for the client team and may attend client/trustee calls discussing member matters requiring a high level of customer care.
* Lead administration for new business pitches in collaboration with the sales team; participate in presentations to new prospects, which may require UK travel (travel expenses covered).
* Ensure quality and performance objectives defined by WTW are met, with a focus on member-first service.
* Adhere to change, quality assurance and operational excellence frameworks to enable a quality service.
* Work with the Operations Manager to make commercially focused decisions influencing service delivery, growth, and continuous improvement.
* Ensure Team Leads conduct activities in line with internal procedures, policies and legislation, including industry standards.
* Maximize team productivity and measure performance.
* Foster a collaborative culture with consistent processes, enabling flexible teamwork across the Community.
Qualifications
* Experience in dealing with DB occupational schemes is essential.
* Proven ability to create and manage high-performing, results-driven teams.
* Track record of achieving business objectives in a fast-paced, team environment.
* Strong leadership and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
* Experience presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
* Experience developing and implementing staffing and training plans to maximise quality, efficiency, utilisation, and productivity.
* Ability to support adoption of new processes and changes with a solution-oriented mindset.
* Ability to foster a one-team mindset that develops employees and supports future leaders.
* Ensure line management structures and systems are in place and followed across the team.
* Experience working in a client-facing environment.
* Critical thinking to facilitate deeper discussions; excellent time management and multi-project oversight.
