We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team in maintaining the outdoor areas of our premises. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and possess the ability to work effectively in an outdoor environment. The position mainly involves grounds maintenance and handyman duties with responsibilities including grass cutting, gardening, upholding the general appearance of the park and attending to emergencies in the event of any services failure and connecting new units to park services. The position would be 40 hour, five day working week and bank holiday working will also be necessary. As part of our team, you will help the Maintenance Manager to ensure everything is in good working order. Your work will include: The role will involve: Landscaping, including paving and fencing. Mowing lawns, leaf clearing, strimming and hedge cutting. Moving and siting caravans, including external plumbing. Maintenance jobs; everything from replacing light bulbs to troubleshooting a wide variety of different problems. Carrying out maintenance checks and repairs, working with other contractors when necessary. Working mainly outdoors in all weather. Keep the park and facilities attractive, welcoming, safe and free of litter Operate well as part of a closely working team.
