Where Will You Be Working?
The role of a Regional Sales Negotiator is one of the most rewarding positions in our business, you will be based within our Sales office at our Caernarfon branch.
What Will You Be Doing?
As a Regional Sales Negotiator, you will report to a Regional Sales Office Manager and be responsible for liaising with customers, branches, and managers to achieve sales and growth targets. You will be expected to provide an outstanding customer experience by offering support with queries, quotations, and orders. Key responsibilities include:
1. Handling inbound and outbound calls, converting enquiries into sales contracts
2. Maintaining a good knowledge of products and services offered and offering alternatives and associated products
3. Directly working with preferred suppliers and manufacturers to source equipment on behalf of the customer
4. Support enquiries, orders and account management across our branch network looking after a selection of our biggest accounts in North Wales and South West & Wales
