Job Title: Primary Teacher (Year Group Flexible - Y2 to Y6)Location: HoddesdonStart Date: April 2026Contract: Full-time (Monday to Friday) - Long-term until the end of the academic year, with potential for a permanent role from September 2026.
A welcoming and supportive primary school is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to join their team from April 2026. This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday) with flexibility across year groups, ideally between Year 2 and Year 6, depending on the successful candidate's experience and the needs of the school.
This role will initially run until the end of the academic year, with a strong possibility of a permanent contract from September 2026 for the right candidate.

* Assess, monitor and support pupils' academic and personal development
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents
* Contribute to the wider school community and uphold the school's values
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Has experience teaching in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 (ideally Y2-Y6)
* Is passionate about primary education and inspiring young learners
* Demonstrates strong classroom management and communication skills
* Able to commute to Hoddesdon
