Contracts Manager This company is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their dynamic team. As the Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and delivering contract management within the companys UK sites. Key Responsibilities: - Support the Head Office Technical Facility Services and Head Office General Services teams to review, deliver, and monitor service delivery to meet customer requirements and reporting obligations. - Ensure the completion of supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with contractual obligations and the companys processes and procedures, including managing change control. - Lead and support monthly, quarterly, and annual supplier reviews. - Act as the UK focal point for the Central Facilities Management and Real Estate Supply Chain Management. - Interface with site teams and finance to manage budgets, risks, and opportunities. - Lead any UK tenders within the Services perimeter and the integration of new sites or service requirements. - Provide leadership, direction, and subject matter expertise within your area of responsibility. Qualifications and Experience: - Proven experience in contract management, preferably within the facilities management or real estate sectors. - Strong understanding of supply chain management governance, contract novation, and CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) support. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with site teams and commodity leads. - Proficient in data analysis, KPI reporting, and performance management. - Familiarity with the IR35 off-payroll working rules and their application. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver on objectives.
