You can work fully remote and will be providing an outstanding customer experience to Dutch speaking customers. Your responsibilities will include: Handling inbound customer enquiries across various channels, including telephone and email Taking ownership of an issue and following it through to a solution where the customer is satisfied Logging and processing call information on the system About you: The ideal candidate will be a reliable, customer-oriented individual who has a positive can-do attitude with excellent Dutch language skills. Travel expenses will be paid for to travel to the Daventry office to pick up work equipment, you can work fully remotely for the duration of the temporary contract afterwards. The project is expected to last until February 2026.
