Classroom Teacher - SEN School (SEMH), Ramsgate

A specialist SEN school in Ramsgate, supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, is seeking a dedicated Classroom Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for Teachers who are committed to supporting young people who require additional emotional and behavioural support to achieve success both inside and outside the classroom.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Classroom Teacher
* QTS or PGCE qualification
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* A calm, patient, and resilient approach
* The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable young people
* SEN or SEMH experience is beneficial, but not essential
The Role:
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to pupils' individual needs
* Create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
* Support pupils with emotional regulation and social development
* Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and senior leaders
