Description
* Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
* Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system faults.
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance in line with schedules to minimise downtime.
* Collaborate with the production team to address urgent equipment issues effectively.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all maintenance tasks.
* Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in maintenance processes and procedures.
Profile
A successful Multi Skilled Engineer should have:
* A recognised qualification in engineering, such as a diploma or degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
* Hands-on experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and repair technical faults.
* Knowledge of health and safety standards in engineering and manufacturing settings.
* Proficiency in using maintenance tools and diagnostic equipment.
* A proactive approach to maintaining equipment reliability and performance.
Job Offer
* 40 hour week - Hours 7:30am till 5:00pm
* Competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £42,666 per annum.
