RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide a caring, person‑centred service to individuals with daily living needs due to old age, disability or sickness.
* Support service users following their personalised care plans and work towards individual objectives.
* Promote service users’ progression, needs and wishes.
* Deliver day‑to‑day interventions and build positive relationships with clients.
* Work flexible hours across the week; contracts may be zero‑hour or fixed with rota released and reviewed frequently.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
* Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for business purposes.
* Positive and non‑judgmental value‑based approach.
* Genuinely caring with a desire to support clients.
* Good communication and general people skills.
* Problem‑solving approach to challenging situations.
* Reliable with good time‑keeping.
