Job Title: Registered Children's Home Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Location: Rotherham

This provider is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Children\'s Home Manager to lead a small, specialized care service in Rotherham. This challenging yet rewarding role involves supporting children and young people with complex needs and behaviours, offering a competitive salary range of £50,000 to £60,000.

Responsibilities
* Establishing and developing a new, innovative children\'s residential service
* Managing and fostering a cohesive, high-performing staff team
* Setting and reviewing ambitious targets and objectives for the care team
* Promoting collaborative, partnership-based practices with young people and their families
* Ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and well-being for the children in placement
Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years\' experience in staff supervision and management
* At least 2 years\' relevant experience in residential childcare, preferably as a Deputy Manager
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
* Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare
* Full clean driving license
* Proven ability to provide consistent, nurturing care and support to young people
* Experience working with children displaying challenging behaviours
* Flexibility to cover shifts as needed
