Outbound Sales | £32K base / £70K+ OTE
We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to join a growing team in Glasgow. It’s a full 360 outbound role where you’ll own the process from first contact through to close.
If you’re commercially minded, proactive, and serious about building a sales career, this is a strong move.
What you’ll be doing
Building and managing your own outbound pipeline via cold calls, email, LinkedIn and content
Running tailored demos for SME and enterprise prospects
Closing deals and managing your own sales targets
Keeping your pipeline organised and accurate in the CRM
Working closely with marketing to align messaging and content
What we’re looking for
~1–3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or professional services
~ Confident cold caller with strong outbound and social selling skills
~ Comfortable running demos and presenting to senior stakeholders
~ Self-starter with ambition, energy and personal accountability
~ Based near Glasgow and happy to be in the office three days a week
