We’re looking for kind, reliable individuals to join our team as Morning Care Assistants, supporting people in their own homes to feel confident, comfortable, and ready for the day ahead. From helping with morning routines to offering a friendly face and a listening ear, your support will make a real difference — every single morning.
Our visits start from 6:45am/8am of a morning and you will support regular clients and build strong relationships with those you visit.
As a Morning Care Assistant with Home Instead, the role involves:
* Assisting with morning routines such as washing, dressing, and grooming
* Preparing and serving breakfast and morning medication
* Supporting mobility and personal care needs
* Offering companionship and emotional support
* Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any concerns

We do need you to be aged 18 or over and have the availability to work an alternate weekend. Due to the nature of the role, a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is also desired.
