Salary: £34,398 – £46,839 (depending on experience)

The school is looking for a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis. Whether you are an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), this is an excellent opportunity to inspire students and bring the wonders of science to life in the classroom.
Your Role Will Include
* Delivering dynamic and engaging science lessons across KS3 and KS4.
* Teaching your specialism—Biology, Chemistry, or Physics—preferred.
* Creating a classroom environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.
* Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to aid improvement.
* Supporting GCSE preparation with targeted teaching and revision sessions.
* Contributing to curriculum planning and resource development.
* Promoting STEM subjects through clubs, fairs, and enrichment activities.
* Engaging in school life by building strong relationships with students and staff.
Who We’re Looking For
* QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification (strong unqualified candidates will be considered).
* Experience teaching science at the secondary level.
* Strong subject knowledge in your area of specialism, with a genuine enthusiasm for science education.
* A creative, student-centered teaching approach.
* Effective classroom management and high expectations for all students.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
