To utilise resources efficiently and ensure staff maintain clinical awareness and expertise and a homely atmosphere. A professional qualification is essential and relevant to the post Principal responsibilities: To provide a high standard of individual client care whilst working as a member of a multi-disciplinary health and social care team. To understand and monitor standards of client care, identifying ways of seeking improvements using a Team or Key Worker approach. To communicate and liaise effectively with other health care professionals and staff of all disciplines to ensure optimum continuity of client care.
