Salary: £27,000 per year
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 9 am–5:30 pm + 1 Saturday every 2 weeks with a weekday off)

About the Role:
EweMove Hyde & Dukinfield is looking for an ambitious Senior Estate Agent Team Leader Apprentice to join our award-winning team.
As a key part of our branch, you’ll lead and motivate a team of estate agents, drive sales performance, and ensure our clients receive an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
Requirements (Essential):
Before applying, please ensure you meet the following:
* GCSE English & Maths (Grade 4/C or above)
* Proven track record in achieving sales targets
* 1–2 years’ experience as an Estate Agent
* Experience managing property sales from listing to completion
* Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead, coach, and develop a small team to meet and exceed sales goals
* Oversee listings, viewings, negotiations, and completions
* Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
* Monitor local market trends to shape sales strategies
* Manage team performance through coaching and regular feedback
* Work closely with marketing and admin teams to support branch success
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Apprenticeship Details:
* You’ll complete a Level 3 Team Leader Apprenticeship with Total Training Provision, combining hands-on experience with structured learning.
* Training is delivered through a mix of face-to-face sessions and online learning, focusing on leadership, management, and communication.
* You’ll receive regular coaching, assessments, and feedback, finishing with an End Point Assessment to demonstrate your leadership capability.
