Supply Chain Coordinator
Carbon60 are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to work with their global aviation client based in Filton, Bristol. The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running, have extensive supply chain experience and have an analytical and data orientated mindset.
Role Overview
As the Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring the delivery of the right parts, at the right time, in the right quantities, to meet customer needs. This involves managing a portfolio of suppliers, maintaining strong relationships, and using appropriate logistics and ordering solutions to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and monitor purchase orders to align with requirements
* Optimise ordering parameters to improve efficiency and responsiveness
* Monitor delivery forecasts and 'line of balance' through regular supplier interaction
* Ensure clear and timely communication with internal customers worldwide
* Troubleshoot and support the resolution of delivery issues, quality notices, and invoices
Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
* Proficient in using SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
* Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
About the role
* Contract position: Initial contract run until November 2025 however chance of extension
* Umbrella rates available up to £30 per hour
