Location: Bristol
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with some flexibility on working hours)
Salary: £60,000 - £85,000 (dependent on experience)
A respected law firm is seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 5+ years' post-qualification experience to join its busy and well-established Clinical Negligence team in Bristol. The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of complex clinical negligence matters, including:
* Severe and high-value claims across England and Wales
* Liaising with clients, experts, and counsel
* Providing meticulous and tenacious representation
* Supporting a collaborative and compassionate team culture
* Maintaining high professional standards and compliance
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
* 5+ years PQE in clinical negligence law
* A significant track record of success in complex claims
* Strong technical, analytical, and drafting skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Confidence in managing matters independently
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
* Commitment to an ethical and client-focused approach
