A well-established organisation is seeking a committed and compassionate Domestic Abuse Refuge Practitioner to join its specialist team in Coventry. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals affected by domestic violence and abuse, helping them rebuild their lives in safety and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver high-quality, person-centred support to women and children experiencing domestic abuse.

* Complete risk assessments and develop safety plans tailored to individual needs.

* Support clients in accessing legal, housing, health, and other essential services.

* Maintain accurate and confidential case records.

* Work in partnership with external agencies to ensure coordinated support.

* Contribute to training and awareness initiatives within the community.

* Participate in team meetings and service development activities.

Essential Skills and Experience:

1. I am looking for candidates that can speak a BME language, eastern European or African Caribbean languages

2. Relevant qualification in social work, counselling, or a related discipline
